The Ascom Tactical Access Node is a ruggedized all-IP based voice and data communication network node. It is dedicated for critical applications in a mobile environment. It ideally serves users of a dynamically deployable communication infrastructure. It is well established with national and international military forces, peace keeping troops and crisis management teams.

A range of dedicated interfaces provides connectivity for optical and copper Ethernet, EUROCOM, E1, digital controls and radio systems.

The ruggedized Tactical Access Node is intended for use in mobile and semi-mobile command posts and vehicles. It's features make it a secure, scalable and robust solution for demanding data and voice communication applications.
